Tay Keith's estate is facing significant financial claims from two major banks. According to four separate legal documents, American Express National Bank and the Bank of America have filed claims alleging that the estate owes almost $200,000.

The claims stem from two business platinum accounts in Tay Keith's name held by American Express, with one account seeking $59,552.83 and another seeking $26,692.95. The Bank of America has also filed two separate claims, alleging that the estate owes $115,353.56 for the purchase of a 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLS.

Tay Keith, whose real name was Brytavious Lakeith Chambers, passed away on June 18 at the age of 29 due to an accidental overdose. The producer's death was linked to ketamine and mitragynine, a main component of kratom, in his system at the time.
