Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Buys Back 397,500 Shares

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners has continued its share buyback program by purchasing 397,500 ordinary shares between September 14 and 18. The company bought a total of 305,000 shares on US trading venues and 92,500 shares on London trading venues through Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Goldman Sachs International or their affiliates.

The repurchased shares will be cancelled as part of the program announced in February 2026. This targets the repurchase of up to €1 billion of ordinary shares in aggregate. The company operates across 31 countries and is listed on various stock exchanges including Euronext Amsterdam, NASDAQ, London Stock Exchange, and Spanish stock exchanges under the symbol CCEP (.)

The share buyback was executed through Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Goldman Sachs International or their affiliates. The largest single-day purchase occurred on September 18 when the company acquired 150,000 shares at a volume-weighted average price of $99.9818.
