Disney's Vacation Fun Reopens at Hollywood Studios After Brief Delay

Vacation Fun, An Original Animated Short with Mickey & Minnie returned to Disney's Hollywood Studios on September 28, one day later than initially planned. The attraction had been closed since August 9 and was temporarily replaced by a distribution area for an Annual Passholder magnet.

The location became the distribution point for a Kermit the Frog magnet giveaway as part of a larger Muppets-themed Annual Passholder period at Hollywood Studios, which ended on September 24. Once that event concluded, attention shifted towards getting the regular attraction running again.

Disney's calendar initially pointed to September 27 as the reopening date, but when that didn't happen, there was uncertainty about whether guests could face another extended delay. Fortunately, Vacation Fun returned just one day later than expected.
