Anderon LLC, an IBM subsidiary, has finalized its agreement with the U.S. Department of Commerce for a $1 billion CHIPS Award.
The award will accelerate R&D efforts to advance quantum wafer manufacturing capabilities in the United States.
The funding from the CHIPS and Science Act will help Anderon scale and expand access to quantum wafer technology.
